Safety & Security

Security is a staffed, supervised, reported service.

MAX Arabia provides security personnel and planning for sites, facilities and events: access control, patrols, emergency response planning, incident reporting and supervision. Licensing for this division is held and verifiable.

The problem

An unsupervised guard is not security. It is a person standing near your gate, and it will not survive the first incident that requires a report.

Who this is for

Construction sites, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, event organisers and corporates with standing security requirements.

The rules this work is delivered under.

Saudi procurement does not reward vagueness. These are the authorities that govern this division's work, stated plainly, because a contractor who cannot name them has not dealt with them.

Ministry of Interior — General Directorate of Private Security

Private security licensing

Private security services in the Kingdom are licensed by the Ministry of Interior under the Private Security Services Law. Guards must be individually licensed, vetted and trained. We provide licence details on request, and we do not deploy personnel outside them.

High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS)

Industrial and energy sites

Facilities in oil, gas, petrochemicals and power — including Jubail and Yanbu — fall under HCIS. HCIS sites impose additional training, supervision and operational standards on security personnel. If your site is HCIS-regulated, tell us at enquiry: it changes the deployment, and a provider who does not ask is a provider who does not know.

Civil Defence

Emergency and evacuation

Emergency response and evacuation planning is aligned to Civil Defence requirements and agreed at mobilisation, in writing, rather than improvised during an incident.

This section describes the framework we deliver under. It is not a claim to hold any particular licence, classification grade or certification. Our registration, licence and classification details are provided on request and are published on this site only once verified — an unverified claim is worth less than none, and in a tender it is worth less than nothing.

Why MAX Arabia

01

Supervised, not just deployed

Personnel work to a post order under a supervisor, with incidents logged and escalated on a defined path.

02

Physical and electronic together

Guarding pairs naturally with CCTV and access control from our Surveillance division — the same site, one design.

03

Written before the incident

Emergency response and escalation are agreed and documented at mobilisation, not improvised afterwards.

Where we operate

Frequently asked questions

Are you licensed to provide security personnel?

Licensing is held at division level and its details are maintained in our records. We will provide licence details on request — and we do not publish claims we cannot evidence.

Is this the same as your surveillance systems division?

No. This division provides people and procedure. Surveillance Systems designs and installs the technology. They work well together, and they are deliberately separate services.

Can you cover a one-off event?

Yes — event security is a standard scope, including access control and crowd management planning.

One project. Multiple capabilities. One accountable partner.

Tell us what you are building, moving, securing or operating. We will tell you exactly which divisions are involved and who is responsible.
