Infomax
We build the software your business runs on — and the network it runs over.
Infomax is the technology division of MAX Arabia: AI development, web and mobile applications, product builds for founders, point-of-sale systems, IT consulting — and the servers, networks and cabling underneath them. One team designs it, builds it and runs it, under one contract.

The problem
Software projects rarely fail in the code. They fail in the gap between the vendor who built it, the vendor who hosts it, and the vendor who answers the phone.
Who this is for
Businesses commissioning custom software or AI, retailers and restaurants replacing point-of-sale, founders taking a first product to market, and organisations without an internal IT function.
Three ways to buy software from us.
Most vendors sell one shape of engagement and bend every problem to fit it. These are the three that actually work, and we will tell you which one your problem needs — including when it is not the most expensive one.
Fixed-scope project
Ideal when you know what you need and want a price you can hold us to.
Discovery produces a written scope, and the build is priced in fixed stages against it. You carry no delivery risk on a moving target, because the target does not move without a written change.
The pain it answers: open-ended invoices
Dedicated team
Ideal when the work is continuous and the requirements are still moving.
Engineers who work inside your workflows, in your sprints, under your priorities — an extension of your team rather than an outsourced black box. You keep the direction; we keep the people, the payroll and the bench.
The pain it answers: hiring takes six months
Managed service
Ideal when the system exists and someone has to keep it alive.
Hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and support under an agreed service level — for software we built or software you inherited. We audit what you have before we agree to run it, so nobody signs an SLA over a system nobody understands.
The pain it answers: nobody owns it at 2am
Eight ways to engage a software team.
Each is a real service with its own scope and its own page — not a menu of everything for everyone. If what you need is not here, we will say so and point you somewhere honest.
AI Development
Most AI projects die between the impressive demo and the day it has to work on your data.
Explore service 02Web Development
Most corporate websites are rebuilt every three years because nobody can maintain the last one.
Explore service 03Mobile App Development
The store listing is the easy part. The app that still works — and still gets updates — a year later is the hard one.
Explore service 04Startup & MVP Development
Most first products fail the same way: a year of building, no users, and the money gone before the idea was ever tested.
Explore service 05POS Systems
A till that goes down does not cost you a repair. It costs you every sale until it is back.
Explore service 06IT Consulting
The most expensive IT decisions are made by whoever happened to be selling something that quarter.
Explore service 07IT Infrastructure & Networks
The network was specified last, installed badly, and blamed for everything since.
Explore service 08Structured Cabling
Bad cabling is invisible for a year and then costs you every year after that.

The stack
Boring technology, chosen on purpose.
Every technology here is one you can hire for in the Kingdom tomorrow. That is the criterion. A clever stack that only we can maintain is a lock-in dressed up as an advantage — and the day you want to leave us is the day you find out.

The same four stages, whatever we build.
Software fails at the seams — between what was asked, what was understood, what was built and who runs it. The process exists to close those seams, and every stage ends in something you keep.
-
01
Discover
A fixed-price look at the problem before anyone prices a solution: your operation, your data, your constraints. It ends in a written scope both sides can hold each other to — and sometimes in advice not to build at all.
You keep: the scope and audit, usable with any vendor.
-
02
Design
Interfaces you can click and an architecture you can question, before a line of production code exists. Arabic-first where the users are, and reviewed against PDPL and the security posture the system will live under.
You keep: the prototype and the architecture record.
-
03
Build
Fixed-scope stages, each ending in working, tested software — not percentage-complete reports. You watch progress in the repository, not in a slide deck, and the repository is yours from the first commit.
You keep: the code, under your own accounts.
-
04
Run
Hosting, monitoring, backups and support under an agreed service level — or a clean handover to your own team, documented well enough that they will not need to call us. Both are success.
You keep: the documentation and the keys.
The rules this work is delivered under.
Saudi procurement does not reward vagueness. These are the authorities that govern this division's work, stated plainly, because a contractor who cannot name them has not dealt with them.
National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA)
Essential Cybersecurity Controls
The NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls apply to government bodies and to operators of critical national infrastructure, and increasingly frame private-sector expectations too. Network design, segmentation, access control and logging are built against them.
ZATCA
E-invoicing (FATOORA), Phase 2
Point-of-sale and invoicing systems in the Kingdom must generate compliant e-invoices and integrate with ZATCA's FATOORA platform under the Phase 2 integration waves. POS deployments are built against these requirements and verified per taxpayer registration.
SDAIA
AI on governed data
SDAIA sets the Kingdom's direction on data and AI, including AI ethics principles and the national data governance framework. AI systems are designed within it: what data trains a model, where it is processed, and what the model is permitted to decide.
Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST)
Communications and equipment
Communications services and equipment in the Kingdom are regulated by CST, including type approval for wireless and telecommunications equipment.
PDPL (SDAIA)
Data protection by design
Systems that hold personal data are designed against the Personal Data Protection Law: data residency, retention, access logging and the data-subject rights that follow from it.
This section describes the framework we deliver under. It is not a claim to hold any particular licence, classification grade or certification. Our registration, licence and classification details are provided on request and are published on this site only once verified — an unverified claim is worth less than none, and in a tender it is worth less than nothing.
Why MAX Arabia
Consulting-led, not licence-led
We are not resellers working toward a licence quota. Scope is designed around your operation, and when off-the-shelf beats custom we will say so — before you have paid for custom.
Built for Saudi rails from the first line
mada payments, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, PDPL data handling and Arabic-first interfaces are designed in from the start — not retrofitted in launch week.
One team from idea to operations
The people who design the system build it, and the people who build it run it. Delivery does not end at handover; it ends when you no longer need us.
For founders
Have an idea? Test it before you build it.
Most first products fail before anyone finds out whether the idea was good, because all the money went into building and none into finding out. The MVP path is built the other way round: the cost of finding out is capped before the cost of building begins.
- No equity taken — you own the company, the code and the roadmap.
- Fixed-scope stages, each ending in something you can show an investor.
- A first conversation costs nothing, and "do not build this yet" is a real answer we give.
Where we operate
This division operates from Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with startups, or only established companies?
Both. Founders get a fixed-scope MVP path — discovery, prototype, build — priced per stage, so the cost of finding out is capped before the cost of building begins.
Which technologies do you build with?
Mainstream, hiring-proof stacks — chosen so any competent team can maintain the system after us. You own the code and the repository from day one; there is no lock-in by obscurity.
Can you take over software another vendor built?
Yes, and we audit it before we quote — so you learn what you actually have before deciding what to spend on it.
Is your point-of-sale ZATCA-compliant?
POS deployments are built to integrate with ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing (FATOORA), and compliance is verified per deployment against your registration — not claimed as a blanket badge.
Where does our data live?
Where the Personal Data Protection Law and your own policies say it should. In-Kingdom hosting is available, and residency is agreed in writing before anything is built.
Fixed price or time and materials?
Discovery first, at a fixed price. It produces a scope both sides can hold each other to — then the build is priced in fixed stages against it.
