Contracting & Construction

Build it once, and build it to hand over.

MAX Arabia executes civil, structural and infrastructure works for corporate, industrial and government clients. We take scopes from site preparation through to handover — and where the client wants it, we stay on afterwards to maintain what we built.

The problem

Most construction disputes are not about the concrete. They are about scope that was never pinned down, a programme nobody owned, and a contractor who disappeared at handover.

The rules this work is delivered under.

Saudi procurement does not reward vagueness. These are the authorities that govern this division's work, stated plainly, because a contractor who cannot name them has not dealt with them.

Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (Balady)

Contractor classification

Public-sector work in the Kingdom is awarded against a contractor classification grade issued through the Balady platform. Grades are assessed on financial, technical and administrative capability and are valid for two years. We will state our classification and grade on request, and we do not bid outside it.

Saudi Contractors Authority

Sector registration

Registration with the Saudi Contractors Authority is a prerequisite for classification and for most government tendering.

Saudi Building Code (SBC)

Design and execution standards

Structural, mechanical, electrical, fire and energy requirements are executed to the Saudi Building Code, with inspection and acceptance recorded at each stage rather than reconstructed at handover.

ZATCA · GOSI · Nitaqat

Zakat, insurance and Saudization

Zakat and tax compliance, e-invoicing, GOSI registration for personnel and Saudization ratios are maintained as a condition of tendering, not as an afterthought to it.

This section describes the framework we deliver under. It is not a claim to hold any particular licence, classification grade or certification. Our registration, licence and classification details are provided on request and are published on this site only once verified — an unverified claim is worth less than none, and in a tender it is worth less than nothing.

Why MAX Arabia

01

One accountable contractor

Civil, structural, fit-out and MEP coordination under a single programme, with one project manager answerable for the lot.

02

Handover is not the end

The same group that builds the facility can maintain, secure and connect it — which means the warranty conversation has one address.

03

Reported, not promised

Progress, exceptions and risk go to the client on a fixed schedule, from the same register we work off internally.

Where we operate

This division operates from Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work as a main contractor or a subcontractor?

Both. We take main contracts directly, and we take defined packages under other main contractors.

Can you maintain the facility after handover?

Yes — preventive and corrective maintenance, under an agreed service level. Many clients also add security and IT scopes from other MAX Arabia divisions to the same contract.

Which regions do you work in?

Contact us with your project location. We will tell you plainly whether we can mobilise there, rather than claiming national coverage we cannot staff.

One project. Multiple capabilities. One accountable partner.

Tell us what you are building, moving, securing or operating. We will tell you exactly which divisions are involved and who is responsible.
